Social Media Profiles

Social media profiles are now available as a complementary feature within the Relationship Profile. When public data is available, every time you access a Relationship Profile, you will be able to see links to the constituent's LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook accounts along with job title and corporate information (if available). If you have been collecting profiles, that information will remain available in the same social media section within the Relationship Profile. Here is a link with more information, including how to gain access to this feature.

Coming Soon!

New Features and Updates Using the Donor Discovery Researcher License

With an upcoming release of Donor Discovery, customers using the researcher license will now be able to look up non-constituents. All you would need is a name and address to get a full detailed Donor Discovery report. All non-constituent screenings will be kept in a list to download or share when needed. We are also excited for some new controls on the Donor Discovery detailed report.

Users with a researcher license will now be able to delete individual real estate holdings, individual charitable contributions and individual political donations. With these edits the researcher user will also be able to recalculate philanthropic interests, total giving amounts and largest gift. All of this is intended to give you a more accurate picture of the prospect you are researching. Stay tuned for future announcements for timing of when these features will be available.

New Global Drawer with Entity Search

Coming soon, you will be able to lookup an entity from any page of the Platform using the new drawer on the right side of the page. This feature first launched in Console, but will soon be available throughout the Platform. In addition, if you are an Activity Center user, you’ll have access to all of your activities and will be able to create new contacts, proposals and tasks from anywhere in the Platform using the side drawer.

Employee Spotlight

Reeher is so proud of its employees and their dedication to our customers. With each newsletter, we would like to give you a glimpse into the members of our team.

Nicole Klingle

Tell us a little about yourself: ? I am a graduate of Winona State University, where I studied marketing and economics. Prior to joining Reeher, I spent 13 years in Market Research in various client service roles.  On a personal note, I’m a proud aunt of three (2 nephews, 1 niece). I typically spend my winters in the gym watching my niece and nephew play basketball and my summers outdoors at the family cabin.

What is your role at Reeher? I am the Customer Care Manager. This allows me to work directly with our customers to help solve their problems as well as our work with our development and analytics teams to troubleshoot issues and collaborate on product enhancements.

When did you join the company? October 2016

What do you like the most when working with Reeher customers? I enjoy working closely with our customers to troubleshoot and solve the issues they are having.

A fun fact about me is...Although I’ve lived my entire life in Minnesota – “the Land of 10,000 Lakes” (and my family has a cabin on a lake), I’ve never been fishing!

Additional Training Opportunities

Each month we host several web-based training sessions for our customers. For newer users, there are always introductory Platform overviews for Annual Giving or Major Giving users. Other topics include a variety of Reeher best practices and research findings, as well as spotlights and success stories from our customers in the Reeher Community.
