Reeher is proud to introduce Officer Benchmarks. This new dashboard allows you to evaluate officer portfolios and performance metrics in real time against the Reeher Community benchmark data to help your officers and your organization become more productive. Digests and Applications Notifications

A new experience for Notifications is now available to Reeher Platform users. The actionable information found in our email notifications is now visible directly in the platform. Immediately on login, users will be able to see and click into notifications, allowing them to take action directly as new information comes into the platform.

Email notifications are also receiving a fresh, new experience. The new daily and weekly digest emails group information into a single email for the day and/or week, summarizing updates in a concise, easy to read format. Read the product announcement for more information.

Activity Center for Android

Entering contact reports is about to get easier. Android users with subscriptions to Activity Center will able to create contact reports and tasks from the Reeher Mobile application. With the latest update to our application, Activity Center subscribers can access key functionality from their mobile device. Officers can log contact reports wherever they are, not just when they have access to a desktop. This allows for more timely submissions of important contact reports, and can improve gift officer compliance on goals related to completed contacts.

Calendar Sync

This new feature will allow full integration with Office 365 and Google Apps. This means that Activity Center users can sync contacts back and forth between their calendars as well as subscribe to notifications and touchpoint reminders directly in the Reeher Platform.

  Sean has worked with Reeher since 2010. As product manager, he evaluates new   market opportunities and gathers feedback from customers on products and             features.

  Education: Sean studied Economics and Entrepreneurship at the University of St.   Thomas in St. Paul, MN.

  Prior Work Experience: Intelligence Analyst, U.S. Army

Family: Sean and his wife have a 16-month-old son and are expecting another baby in November.

What do you like most about working with customers? “I enjoy hearing about how each of our customers is innovating the way they do fundraising in their organization. It’s exciting to be a part of that with the products we offer and it’s exciting to work with so many great fundraising leaders.”

Fun fact about Sean: Sean was raised vegetarian and did not try meat for the first time until he was 14. Although he eats meat now, he still enjoys a good vegetarian meal.

Additional Training Opportunities

Each month we host several web-based training sessions for our customers. For newer users, there are always introductory Platform overviews for Annual Giving or Major Giving users. Other topics include a variety of Reeher best practices and research findings, as well as spotlights and success stories from our customers in the Reeher Community.
