Who is the conference for?

The Reeher Vista Executive Conference is our keystone event for advancement executives and key decision makers from colleges and university's around the country. Each of the five Reeher benchmark groups will be represented, giving you unique opportunities to network, share ideas, and gain insight on leading advancement trends.

Registration Information

What is the registration fee?
Early bird registration fee (through July 12, 2017): $795

Regular registration fee (after July 12): $895

Can I register in person at the event?
No, please register online in advance.

What is included in my registration fee?
Registration fees include admission, food and beverage during the daytime sessions and evening reception and dinners on August 29th and August 30th. The program will begin at  4 p.m. on August 29th and will end at Noon on August 31st. 

Does the registration fee include travel costs for the conference?
All travel costs including air and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee. To reserve your hotel rooms, please click here.

How is my registration confirmed?
After completing the online registration, you will be routed to a confirmation page that will allow you to add the event to your calendar, print a receipt, edit your registration, as well as view a map and directions. You will also receive a confirmation email with your registration information.

What forms of payment do you accept for the conference fee?
We accept Visa Debit & Credit cards, Mastercard debit & credit cards, Discover, and American Express

If I can’t attend, can I substitute my registration?
Yes. You can substitute your registration to another colleague within your institution by logging into the registration system and editing the attendee name. Please note that the deadline for all transfers and edits is August 15 .

What if I have to cancel?
Unfortunately, the registration fee is non-refundable. You can transfer your registration to someone else in your organization without penalty before August 15.

Travel Information

What airport should I fly into?
The Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is approximately 10 miles from the hotel. 

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
If you plan to drive, or travel by taxi, you can anticipate a 15-30 minute travel time from the airport, depending on traffic.

Transportation to the Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, The Depot from the Minneapolis/St Paul International Airport is available via:

  • Light Rail - approximate cost $2 each way
  • Taxi  - approximate cost $30-45 each way
  • Super Shuttle - a shared van, multiple stops, $16 per person one way or $31 round trip - 1-800-258-3826 

Is there a dress code?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions related to the Reeher Vista Executive Conference. A jacket or sweater is recommended for air-conditioned rooms within the venue as well.
